Tenerife - 26.03.2008 - Regional president Paulino Rivero can expect a rough ride from the opposition PSOE party, particularly from its leader Juan Fernando López Aguilar, who is expected to step down within the next few days to return to a cabinet post in Madrid. The Parliament's speaker Antonio Castro has called for moderation in the ton of the debate in a bid to avoid the unpleasant confrontations seen in recent years.
